Painless switch (that's not too remarkable, it's the way it's supposed to be). No hidden charges, paying exactly what I expected (that's unfortunately not always the case, so kudos to TriEagle).
I contacted their customer service once by phone (no long wait time, good) because they hadn't applied the correct tax rate for my little sub-zip-code municipality (that happens to every utility co. initially, because our city is so small). They fixed it quickly and without problems.
So far I am saving a lot compared to my old provider. My bills have gone down 20% or more. This is going to save me hundreds of dollars this year alone. I switched 3 months ago and wanted info on my plan so I called customer service and the help was excellent.
