Very poor. I waited for over 1 hour on hold to talk to someone about renewing my plan. Only to be told "I don't handle the rate's or renewals, I'll have to transfer you." I asked if there will be an additional wait and she said "we have high call volume, so yes." Ahhhh, sorry, but unless you are going to pay my cell phone bill, I doubt I'll stay online for another 30 minutes to an hour. Upon doing research as well, for approx 500 kwh that we use, on their EFL they want to charge us 13.6cents. No thank you, I'm switching to a cheaper rate!
