Painless switch (that's not too remarkable, it's the way it's supposed to be). No hidden charges, paying exactly what I expected (that's unfortunately not always the case, so kudos to TriEagle).
I contacted their customer service once by phone (no long wait time, good) because they hadn't applied the correct tax rate for my little sub-zip-code municipality (that happens to every utility co. initially, because our city is so small). They fixed it quickly and without problems.
I've only had Frontier as my electric provider for a month. However, other than a glitch in my first payment (which was resolved by a second payment attempt), I've had no bad experiences.
